Asterisk and freePBX Consultancy and Support.

FreePBX Support.

Having problems with FreePBX? You can support one of the freePBX developers, by asking him for support! For AU$110 (inclusive of GST) per hour, I can give you online or over the phone support for any problem relating to any of:
  • The freePBX interface itself and assistance with configuring the functionality it provides.
  • Asterisk, the stable branch, as it is built/utilized in freePBX on the Linux platform.
  • Recompiling Asterisk and/or the zaptel drivers as necessary (ssh access required).
  • Assistance configuring Zap/SIP/IAX trunks in freePBX.
I can also assist, to the best of my abilities with:
  • User Agents (hard/soft phones). Largely confined to server-side debugging.
  • Bug fixes to freePBX.
  • Recommendations for Networking/QoS issues.
  • Debugging integration with VoIP service providers.
  • Linux System software issues (including Mail, Web, Mysql etc)

Installation Support

Flat Rate Installation

I can offer an immediate installation or upgrade of FreePBX. The usual time taken is 3 hours, but this depends on the speed of your network connection. You also get one hour of free 'instant support', above, after the machine is installed.
Requirements:
  • Linux already installed on the system. CentOS 4.3 is recommended but I can support other popular distributions like Debian, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Ubuntu. SUSE is not recommended.
  • Digium or Sangoma telephony cards.
  • Adequate hardware (Pentium III minimum) with 2.2 rev PCI bus for telephony cards.
  • Secure Shell (ssh) access.
